Challenges

The organization needed a refreshed visual identity, more consistent messaging across platforms, and a stronger digital presence to better showcase its work and engage its growing network.

Solutions

Square Lightning modernized the LeveragED logo and expanded the brand’s color palette to support greater design flexibility. We collaborated with the team to create a comprehensive messaging guide, standardizing language and tone across channels. We also expanded and enhanced the website—making it more user-friendly, content-rich, and visually engaging—and developed a detailed social media calendar that built on existing content pillars while amplifying member voices and events. Finally, we updated the language and visuals of the foundation’s YouTube channel, ensuring all channels reflected their new messaging and visuals.

With a more cohesive brand identity, updated web presence, and streamlined communications strategy, LeveragED is better positioned to lead in the education equity space and elevate the contributions of its community.
