Client Overview
Jeremiah Program (JP) is a national nonprofit that works with single mothers and their children to disrupt the cycle of poverty two generations at a time. Their model combines housing, college support, early childhood education, and career and empowerment coaching.
Challenges
As the organization expanded its campuses and digital offerings, its team needed a cohesive visual and editorial approach to communications—including reports, fundraising materials, and internal documents—that would feel unified but adaptable to many audiences.
We also built the JP website, designing a custom WordPress theme and overhauling their content strategy to recenter mothers and children and increase the organization’s storytelling impact.
Solutions
We developed a brand-aligned editorial and design system for Jeremiah’s communications and partnered on several cornerstone projects: a printed magazine, national reports, event branding, fundraising tools, a yearly calendar, and the new website. Each piece was designed to highlight the voices of JP moms and clearly communicate the program’s two-generation theory of change.
Outcomes
The new communications suite has helped Jeremiah Program strengthen donor engagement, share its vision with national partners, and celebrate the leadership of its alumni and families.
